Everything You Need to Know

How Long will my order take ?

All items are dispatched within 1-2 Business days from the time of purchase and sent via courier parcel service. 

​

Each order has a maximum expected delivery date of 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. 

 

*We are currently offering free standard delivery for orders over £15. 

Do I need to create an account?

There is currently no obligation to create an account in order to use our services. All users are able to process their orders as a guest. 

We recommend creating an account should you wish to streamline and make your futures purchases easier to process and gain access to exclusive offers and codes.   

What is your return policy?

We understand things can go wrong sometimes and are more than happy to help where possible. Returns are possible up to 14 days after purchase, after this time we will be unable to process a return. 

Unfortunately we cannot process any returns once the product has been opened,they are one use only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unwanted goods must also be in pristine condition with the original packaging seals intact and unopened.

* Some health and personal care item​

Do you offer refunds?

We do offer refunds on various services, however we do offer exchanges where applicable.
