In today’s online shopping market there is a need to over indulge with legal jargon, We have tried to simplify it as best we can for you.

Returns & Refunds

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Our products cannot be returned for any reason once opened, they are one use only.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unwanted goods must also be in pristine condition with the original packaging seals intact and unopened.

​

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items

To initiate a return please contact our support team to gain a returns confirmation number. If you do not obtain a confirmation number we will be unable to process your return request. 

​

Once the returned items has been received, it will be processed for inspection and your return, refund or exchange request will either be confirmed or denied. Please note this process can take up to 7-14 working days, so please do bare with us.

 

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  Only request made through email will be considered. Unwanted goods must also be in pristine condition with the original packaging seals intact and unopened.

Please provide us with an order number when contacting us to help locate your order details.Please do not send your purchase back prior to autorisation.

 

Refunds 
We currently offer refunds under the following circumstances only.

  • A returns request has been raised within 14 days from the purchased date and a confirmation number issued

  • Approved Items are in pristine condition with the original packaging seals intact and unopened.

  • Items are not part of a sale or have been discounted 

  • Items had been sent incorrectly 

​

If a refund is confirmed this will be processed within the following timeframes applicable to your order. 

​

  • 14 days of agreed refund confirmation 

  • 14 days following your order should no items be dispatched / supplied. 

​

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale / discounted items 
Only regular priced items may be subject to exchange, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you wish to exchange any items please get in touch and send us an email at Support@luvbubbles.co.uk . Exchanges will only be offered to the value of the items at the time of purchase.

Shipping
All items are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase and sent either through a courier or Royal Mail  parcel service. 

Each order has a maximum expected delivery date of 3-5 workings days from the date of dispatch. 

 

If next day delivery option has been selected this will be dispatched within 24 hours depending on when the order has been received, with an expected delivery within 1-2 days after dispatch.

We at LuvBubbles want to get your order to you in the most efficient and cost effective manner, however please be aware that we hold no control over the courier or delivery once the order has been dispatched. The estimated delivery time is as recommended by the courier. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to unforeseen issues. Unfortunately we do not offer any partial or full refunds due to delivery delays as these are out of our control. 

 

To return your product, please refer to our returns policy above.

We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

​

  • If we sent you the wrong item

  • If the item is damaged or faulty

​​

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

​

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
